Return Policy You have 14 days to return items in perfect, unused condition with original tags attached. Return shipping is at your expense, and refunds will be issued to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged. How to Handle Returns Using Our Self-Service Process Log in to your account using the email verification process, and select the order you want to return. Choose the items to return (if the order has multiple items) and specify a return reason with an optional note. Click "Submit Request." If approved, you’ll get an email with shipping instructions and a return label. Once the item is returned, you’ll receive a refund.
