Return Policy

You have 14 days to return items in perfect, unused condition with original tags attached. Return shipping is at your expense, and refunds will be issued to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged.

How to Handle Returns Using Our Self-Service Process

Log in to your account using the email verification process, and select the order you want to return. Choose the items to return (if the order has multiple items) and specify a return reason with an optional note. Click "Submit Request." If approved, you’ll get an email with shipping instructions and a return label. Once the item is returned, you’ll receive a refund.

Order tracking

All customers receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when their order ships, which includes the delivery tracking number.

Shipment and delivery


Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. Shipping time largely depends on your location and can take from 3-5 business days within Europe up to 12-14 business days in USA. Please, note we only charges for shipping fee and we are not responsible for additional fees that may be collected by local authorities which includes duties and extra fees still owed on the product imported to the country. This applies to all international orders going all over the world, it is your responsibility to check what duty fees will be collected by your country on all goods being shipped from Italy.
