1. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return the items you wish to.
2. Make sure the items you intend to return are in perfect condition, just as you received them. They must be intact, unused, and with all original tags still attached.
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, we are here to assist you throughout the return process and provide support if needed.
4. Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the required conditions, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued as a discount coupon for the same amount of the original purchase.
5. Final sale items are a special opportunity, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged due to our fault.
How to initiate a return request:
1. Log in to your account:
In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue". In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Request return".
6. You will receive a notification once your return request is approved. You can now prepare the package and send it back to the following address:

7. Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the required conditions, we will process your refund.
